Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency (Outlook, basic Excel). Proficient typing skills.
• Experience with Dealer Management System (DMS) is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills (time-management, scheduling, prioritizing).
• Ability to work in an automotive shop environment.
• Clean driving record and acceptable employment background.
• Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with proactive growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Document labor time studies and produce a final report based on findings.
• Navigate online resources and use standard automotive service information.
• Operate MS Office applications efficiently.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain detailed daily record keeping and reporting.
• Receive and locate shipment of parts.
• Follow and promote high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Apply the 5-S methodology.
• Assist supervisors with any requested tasks.
• Keep the work environment clean and wash vehicles as needed.
