Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Automotive repair experience or related training preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with automotive service information systems and parts catalogs preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in an automotive shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete digital packages to support labor time studies (LTR/LTS).
• Review service information and identify task steps for repair procedures.
• Compile steps into a study package with references to sources.
• Review torque specifications and parts information for procedures.
• Create accurate parts lists and add parts to cart per process.
• Verify study packages contain required items before execution.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and traceable.
• Identify missing or inconsistent documentation and escalate as needed.
• Name, organize, store, and archive files per control requirements.
• Close out studies, retain records, and prepare deliverables.
• Maintain detailed records to support traceability and retrieval.
• Manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities with quality.
• Promote safety, cleanliness, organization, and data confidentiality.
• Assist supervisor with additional tasks as needed.
