Job summary

A leading technology and manufacturing firm in Indiana is seeking a Mid-Senior level engineer to support OEM integration of electronic and electrical interfaces for on-highway diesel engine applications. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s in Engineering, relevant experience, and skills in SAE J1939 protocols and tooling such as NI Test Stand. This full-time role involves troubleshooting and developing technical specifications in collaboration with OEMs and controls development teams.

Qualifications

• Minimal relevant experience such as internship, co-op, or other pertinent work experience.
• Knowledge/experience with electric vehicles is a plus.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, verify and support OEM integration of electronic and electrical interfaces for engine applications.
• Troubleshoot OEM device compatibility issues with engine control systems.
• Assist in developing technical specifications and designs.
