A leading technology and manufacturing firm in Indiana is seeking a Mid-Senior level engineer to support OEM integration of electronic and electrical interfaces for on-highway diesel engine applications. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s in Engineering, relevant experience, and skills in SAE J1939 protocols and tooling such as NI Test Stand. This full-time role involves troubleshooting and developing technical specifications in collaboration with OEMs and controls development teams.
Qualifications
Minimal relevant experience such as internship, co-op, or other pertinent work experience.
Knowledge/experience with electric vehicles is a plus.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
Define, verify and support OEM integration of electronic and electrical interfaces for engine applications.
Troubleshoot OEM device compatibility issues with engine control systems.
Assist in developing technical specifications and designs.
