Job summary

GLS North America in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a CVO Test Driver to evaluate vehicles on assigned routes, document findings, and ensure quality. The role runs Monday–Friday in a professional testing environment with regular vehicle testing and data reporting.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with weekly and on‑demand pay options, benefits, and a clear path for growth. You will gain hands-on experience with modern automotive testing procedures while contributing to vehicle development.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Dependable, safety-focused, able to work independently.
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods while driving.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicle durability routes following established testing procedures.
• Perform vehicle evaluations under various driving conditions.
• Complete daily driver reports and document test results.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and report concerns.
• Test vehicle systems including engine, transmission, braking, noise, vibration, and performance.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, shuttling, detailing, and other garage tasks.
• Follow customer safety policies and procedures.
• Mentor other drivers when assigned.
