GLS North America is seeking a weekday driving job in the automotive industry. As a CVO Test Driver, you will perform vehicle evaluations, complete test routes, inspect vehicles, and document findings to support quality and performance.

Expect a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, with starting pay ($19.00/hour) and a professional testing environment offering medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) with company match. Join a team that helps drive automotive development forward.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to drive professionally.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Dependable and safety-focused, able to work independently.
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods while driving.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicle durability routes following testing procedures.
• Perform vehicle evaluations under various driving conditions.
• Complete daily driver reports and document test results.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and report concerns.
• Test vehicle systems including engine, transmission, braking, noise, vibration, and performance.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, shuttling, detailing, and other garage tasks.
• Follow all customer safety policies and procedures.
• Mentor other drivers when assigned.
