Qualifications

• Proven experience in design for automotive manufacturing components.
• Strong background in automotive and suspensions.
• Ability to interpret drawings and GD&T and perform tolerance stackups.
• Proficiency in CAD and basic FEA/CFD analysis.
• Ability to coordinate and present technical data to stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop shock absorber and strut designs from concept through validation.
• Analyze specifications to define design targets for components and technologies.
• Coordinate prototype fabrication, installation, and testing.
• Present design concepts and risks in reviews and meetings.
• Ensure safety, manufacturability, and cost considerations in designs.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
