The starting pay for this position is $25.00/hr; however, base pay may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Selected candidates may be eligible for benefits including medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.

Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and performing automotive services while delivering excellent guest experiences. You will also have opportunities to mentor and learn about new technologies in the automotive industry within a team environment.

What Our Automotive Technicians Do:

• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills
• Inspect, repair, and diagnose systems such as brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training
• Maintain standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• At least three years of automotive repair experience, including diagnosis and repairs
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications: ASE A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension, A5 Certification in Brakes, State inspection licenses, and/or MAC certification.

• Flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with technology and diagnostic tools
• Ability to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines
