As a Master Technician, you'll be the expert in mechanical repairs, servicing vehicles to ensure quality and guest satisfaction. With our training programs, you'll be certified in services like lubrication, brakes, and tires, enabling you to excel and grow within our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote teamwork for timely and accurate guest care
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication
• Maintain a clean and presentable workstation
• Perform complete brake services, including replacing components and flushes
• Understand and explain brake system mechanics and diagnose issues
• Diagnose and repair engine performance, suspension, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Use computer systems like All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, etc., to provide estimates
• Road-test vehicles before and after service
• Perform ancillary services such as fluid exchanges, fuel system cleaning, tire rotations, and gearbox services

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of automotive experience
• 1-2 years of brake system experience
• Provide training and supervision to apprentices
• ASE certification in A5 - Brakes required; certifications in engine performance, suspension & steering, electrical, HVAC preferred
• Trade school degree is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
