Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our BSRO service team. You will learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, under supervision, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

Role includes oil changes, inspections, tire service, and battery/electrical work in a fast-paced shop. Pay is hourly with a flat-rate structure and opportunities for ASE certifications, supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to learn inspections and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and routine maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brakes.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and part installation.
• Road test vehicles and document results.
• Aim for ASE certifications within 2 years (company covers fees).
