Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician at our Black Mountain, NC location. You will learn and perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks under experienced technicians in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities include oil changes, inspections, tire service, and customer interactions to explain repairs. Excellent training, benefits, and opportunities for ASE certification are provided.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Requires basic reading, writing and math skills.
  • Ability to perform oil changes, tire repair and basic inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.
  • Perform tire maintenance and road test vehicles.
