Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, through Bridgestone Retail Operations, is hiring an Automotive Technician in Burlington, NC to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. You will participate in routine inspections, assist customers in understanding repairs, and pursue ASE certifications within the first two years of employment.

The role uses flat‑rate pay, with a pay range of $15.75–$23.67 per hour, and includes benefits such as medical, dental and vision

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks learning ability.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years (tests paid by company).
