Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will learn diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance of senior technicians, with emphasis on quality workmanship and customer service.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model, extensive on-the-job training, and opportunities for ASE certifications. A1 or A7 tests may be included within two years, with company-paid fees, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Two years of automotive repair experience or completion of a Vocational-Technical School program.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks including oil changes and tire repairs.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and ensure quality workmanship.
