Job Description

About the Role:

The Technician role is full-time or part-time, hourly, focused on vehicle diagnostics and routine repairs, delivering exceptional service through effective communication and quality work.

Salary Range:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour guarantee, plus flat rate of $25 - $35 per hour based on experience. Additional incentives are available.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs.
2. Complete courtesy inspections, document findings, and communicate with guests.
3. Assist in inventory management and store duties.
4. Follow safety standards and conduct test drives.
5. Adhere to company policies, environmental, and safety regulations.
6. Maintain technical knowledge through training.
7. Operate and maintain equipment safely.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training or experience.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Own basic tools or participate in the tool purchase program.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and reaching.
