Job Description

Pay is based on experience. The hourly guarantee ranges from $16.00 to $18.00, with a flat rate of $26.00 to $35.00.

Responsibilities

1. Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and automotive repairs within your qualifications.
2. Secure guest approval for work based on diagnosis; maintain a clean, organized work area.
3. Complete thorough vehicle inspections and perform repairs and maintenance.
4. Test drive vehicles and use shop trucks safely for inventory pickup.
5. Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8).
• Automotive technical school certificate or degree.
