Job Description

Pay is based on experience, ranging from $19.00 to $35.00 per hour.

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. Starting day one, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program to prepare you for your role. As part of our team, you'll perform repairs on guest vehicles, delivering five-star experiences and ensuring safe, reliable transportation for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualification.
  • Secure guest approval for work based on diagnosis and maintain a clean work area.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Test drive guest vehicles and safely use the shop truck for inventory pickup.
  • Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Automotive technician experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to work overhead, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Guest and team-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8.
  • Automotive technical school certificate or degree.
