As a technician, you will perform high-quality repairs, diagnostics, and road tests while maintaining safety and compliance standards. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required, with ASE certifications

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience or training is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver license in the state you will work and a good driving record is required.
• ASE certification(s) or certification in brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.

• National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
