Jiffy Lube - Allied Automotive Group is hiring for Technicians and Service Advisors in Indiana. Full-Time / Part-Time (Non-Exempt) positions offer hands-on automotive service training, with no automotive experience required.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, learning technical skills or customer service excellence to keep vehicles on the road. You’ll greet guests, assess maintenance needs, and perform services while learning core shop and counter duties.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; willingness to learn and train on the job.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Comfortable talking with people and explaining things clearly.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional approach and create a positive first impression.
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend the right maintenance services.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and clearly communicate findings to guests and teammates.
• Explain services, pricing, and timelines with confidence and transparency.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and preventative maintenance services.
• Deliver fast, efficient service while maintaining quality.
• Accurately create service orders and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
