Job summary

AutoNation is hiring an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance in line with dealer and factory standards. You will document work, communicate with Parts and Service Advisors, and help ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record, and attention to detail. Experience in express/quick lube is preferred; training and career growth are supported.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order per dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay informed on factory bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

What are the requirements for this job?

• Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred
