Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic, upbeat technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude who are passionate about solving tough problems and doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently using your knowledge and skills
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Perform comprehensive, honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot guest concerns promptly
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest concerns
• Work cooperatively with other technicians to meet deadlines and achieve excellent results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a commitment to guest service
• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred or plans to attain them
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models
• Ability to meet or exceed hourly productivity goals
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Interest in long-term career growth

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
• Work in confined spaces as needed for repairs
• Use hand tools efficiently with good dexterity
• Stand and walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate computer systems effectively
