Job Overview

This brand-new, state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in May 2025, with interviews beginning in April 2025. We seek energetic, upbeat technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude, who are solution-oriented and passionate about doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities Include

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build experience across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Perform thorough courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Communicate effectively with the service department and customers
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and customer service orientation
• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• ASE certification preferred or plans to obtain
• Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes and models
• Ability to meet or exceed hourly productivity goals
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Long-term career development interest

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
• Work in tight spaces as needed
• Use hand dexterity for tools
• Stand and walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate computers efficiently
