About the Role: As a Tire Technician, you’ll be a critical part of the shop team—handling everything from tire mounting and balancing to inspections and repairs. You’ll ensure every vehicle leaves safer than it came in, and every customer gets the quality service they deserve.

Schedule: Full-time

Location: 3744 Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose, CA 95117, USA

Compensation: Up to $35/hr, based on experience + bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Inspect tires for wear and damage; perform tire repairs and replacements
• Mount, balance, and rotate tires using state-of-the-art equipment
• Assist with vehicle inspections and general shop duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate with service advisors and other technicians as needed
• Follow all company safety protocols and quality standards

• Prior experience as a tire tech, lube tech, or general service technician preferred—but we’re open to training the right person
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A team player with a great attitude and a strong work ethic
