Job Responsibilities

Automotive Technician:

Salary Range: $23 - $35 per hour based on experience; $33 - $50 flat rate based on experience

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle
• Assist in inventory and store duties
• Perform services safely according to standards
• Test drive vehicles per policy and laws
• Maintain knowledge through Monro University training
• Operate equipment safely per manufacturer guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

General Service Technician:

Salary Range: $18 - $23 per hour based on experience; additional incentives available

Full-time or part-time role responsible for routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, delivering excellent service, and communicating effectively with guests.

Qualifications

Automotive Technician:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training or experience
• ASE certification and State Inspection license (if applicable)
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR
• Own basic tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program

General Service Technician:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR
