Meineke Car Care Centers, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic in Texas. This role involves diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and ensuring quality control on vehicles after testing.

You will contribute to customer satisfaction through efficient service and accurate workmanship. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven shop, willingness to learn, and the ability to supply your own tools are essential.

Automotive Technician / Mechanic - Experience Required

As a leader in the automotive aftermarket, Meineke is constantly looking for driven and talented service technicians/mechanics to join our team. In over 900 shops spanning coast-to-coast, we look for auto technicians/mechanics who share our passion for high-quality repair work to help get our customers back on the road.

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced / customer-driven environment
• Good Attitude, Team Player
• Supply your own hand tools
• Complete ongoing training as required
• Has a basic knowledge of general vehicle knowledge (Alignments, Oil changes, Flushes, Tire Services & Brake replacement)
• Suspension repair
• Good knowledge of air conditioning systems
• Good knowledge of cooling systems
• Good knowledge of exhaust systems
• Good Diagnostic abilities
• ASE Certifications are a plus!

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities

• Our Automotive Technicians diagnose problems in a timely manner
• Our Automotive Technicians repair vehicles and test drive for quality control (must have valid drivers license)
• Our Automotive Technicians keep the work area neat and clean
