Meineke - 1247 is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician / Mechanic. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and test drive vehicles to ensure quality and safety. The role requires dedication to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for advancement within a nationwide automotive service network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Attitude, teamwork and a positive approach are essential.
• Candidates should supply their own hand tools.
• Ongoing training as required by Meineke.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems: alignments, oil changes, flushes, tires and brakes.
• Experience with suspension repair.
• Knowledge of A/C systems.
• Knowledge of cooling systems.
• Knowledge of exhaust systems.
• Strong diagnostic abilities.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems in a timely manner.
• Repair vehicles and test drive for quality control (must have valid driver’s license).
• Keep the work area neat and clean.

Automotive Technician / Mechanic - Experience Required

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced / customer-driven environment
• Good Attitude, Team Player
• Supply your own hand tools
• Complete ongoing training as required
• Has a basic knowledge of general vehicle knowledge (Alignments, Oil changes, Flushes, Tire Services & Brake replacement)
• Suspension repair
• Good knowledge of air conditioning systems
• Good knowledge of cooling systems
• Good knowledge of exhaust systems
• Good Diagnostic abilities
• ASE Certifications are a plus!

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities

• Our Automotive Technicians diagnose problems in a timely manner
