We are seeking automotive technicians/mechanics who can work independently and collaboratively with peers. Our full-service facility is looking for skilled technicians to help us foster a successful environment!

Responsibilities

As a Midas automotive technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, including:

• Diagnostics using advanced computer systems
• Tire installation and repair
• Heating and air conditioning repairs
• Belts and hoses replacement
• Radiator and engine cooling system repairs
• Battery, starting, and charging system repairs
• Steering and suspension repairs
• Brake repairs
• Oil changes
• Check engine light diagnostics
• Muffler and exhaust system services
• Visual safety and courtesy inspections

Qualifications

• Ability to repair vehicles independently and work well in a team
• Knowledge of brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics
• Proven high personal productivity
• Adherence to safety and environmental standards
• Experience with shop equipment such as lifts, tire machines, alignment tools, and scan tools
• Technical degree is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Own tools
• Ability to service both foreign and domestic vehicles
