As an Automotive Technician, you will:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services professionally, delivering excellent guest experiences
• Mentor and learn about new automotive technologies in a team environment
• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills
• Inspect, repair, and diagnose systems such as brakes, suspension, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems
• Continuously update technical knowledge through formal training
• Maintain standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• At least 3 years of automotive repair experience, including diagnosis and problem-solving
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Preferred: ASE A4 and A5 Certifications, State inspection licenses, MAC certification

Additional Considerations:

• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays depending on location
• Ability to use diagnostic technology and tools effectively
• Use product knowledge to provide recommendations to guests
