Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flexographic Printing Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around Lenexa, KS. This is a full-time opportunity with a pay range of $30-40/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Flexographic Printing Maintenance Technician looking to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

  1. Maintaining all production equipment and plant facilities in proper working condition.
  2. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment on flexographic printing presses, bag machines, slitters, laminating equipment, etc.
  3. Installing, setting up, and shutting down equipment according to safety procedures.
  4. Conducting daily inspections and performing maintenance as needed on incinerator equipment, air compressors, conveyors, and compactors.
  5. Performing preventative maintenance on printing and converting equipment.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 7 years of experience.
  2. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and knowledge.
  3. Millwright experience.
  4. Ability to pass a drug screen.
  5. Basic millwright and electrical hand tools.
  6. Willingness and ability to train others.
  7. Experience with Allen Bradley software.
