Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles. You will learn under experienced technicians, perform routine inspections, and assist in repair procedures while explaining procedures to customers.

The role demands mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting. Pay range is $20.13–$30.25 per hour with a flat-rate pay model.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks and driving responsibilities are required.
• Experience or completion of Vocational-Technical School program preferred.
• A.S.E. certification or equivalent training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and repair.
• Road test vehicles and ensure quality workmanship.
