Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in our service team. You will learn hands-on under experienced techs, perform scheduled maintenance, and interact with customers to explain repairs and ensure quality workmanship.

The role features a flat-rate pay model ranging from $16.63 to $24.99 per hour, with company-paid ASE certifications and opportunities for professional development in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance & tire repair services.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within first two years (tests paid by company).
