Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. seeks an Automotive Technician to join our BSRO automotive service team in Nashville, TN. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance to ensure high‑quality workmanship.

Daily duties include oil changes, inspections, tire work, battery installation, and road testing. ASE certifications are encouraged and supported with paid training; competitive pay and benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Valid automobile driver's license required.
  • Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services including oil changes, inspections, and repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.
  • Perform tire maintenance.
  • Install parts.
  • Road test vehicles.
  • Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment (tests and fees paid by company; bonus for each test passed).
