Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles within our fast-paced service team in Nashville, TN. Under the supervision of seasoned technicians, you will perform oil changes, inspect steering/suspension/brakes, install batteries, and assist in repairs while pursuing ASE certifications.

A valid driver's license and basic mechanical aptitude are required; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and be able to learn oil changes, inspections, and repairs.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• ASE certification or progress toward certification is preferred and supported by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and braking systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and inspect overall vehicle condition.
• Road test vehicles.
