Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our service team in Nashville-based facilities. You will learn diagnostics, repair and maintenance on a range of vehicle systems under experienced technicians. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include oil changes, inspections, battery installations and tire work. Opportunities exist to attain ASE certifications as you progress.

Qualifications

Staff must learn basic mechanical tasks and drive company vehicles.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate customer and company vehicles.
Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance including oil changes and tire repair.
Ability to perform basic inspections and repairs with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Change oil and other scheduled maintenance tasks.
Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
Install batteries and check electrical systems.
Perform tire maintenance and install parts as needed.
Road test vehicles after service.
