The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Selected candidates may be eligible for benefits including medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.

As an Automotive Technician, Goodyear offers:

• ASE Reimbursement with Pay Increases (brakes, electrical, AC and heating, engine performance, engine repair)

• Flat Rate role with a 75% guarantee (30 hours booked per week)

Responsibilities include:

• Professionally inspecting, diagnosing, and performing automotive services
• Mentoring team members and learning about new automotive technologies

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Minimum of three years of automotive repair experience, including diagnosis and problem-solving
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension and A5 Certification in Brakes
• State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification

Additional Considerations:

• Flexible schedule to cover business needs, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to use diagnostic technology and tools effectively
