What You’ll Do:

1. Wave Your Wand: Fix cosmetic damages like curb rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels using the latest tools and techniques.
2. Restore Wheels: Remove wheels, repair them in your mobile truck, and place them back on the vehicle.
3. Detail Work: Paint surfaces, inspect wheels, prep and buff defects, mix colors, and finish.

What You Need:

1. Auto Painting Experience: Preferred but not required.
2. Vision Abilities: Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
3. Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.
4. Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills to interact with customers.
5. Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
6. Work Ethic: Self-motivation and independence.
7. Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 45 pounds.
8. Valid Driver’s License: A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00.
