Luther Automotive Group in Bloomington, MN is seeking EXPERIENCED Automotive Technicians for our Acura shop in a fast-paced, air-conditioned environment. This full-time role offers up to $60/hour with incentive-based pay, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and a retention bonus up to $5,000, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

You will diagnose and repair a wide range of systems, test-drive vehicles, and work with a small team to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Experience in automotive diagnosis and repair.
• Clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to evaluate components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional needed repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Automotive Technician IN FULLY air conditioned shop. NO SATURDAYS!!! Huge sign-on bonus of up to $5000.00 based upon qualifications, as well as retention bonus of up to $5000.00 based on qualifications We are seeking EXPERIENCED Automotive Technicians to join our team. This is not an entry level position. Must have experience in automotive diagnosis and repair. Our Acura shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere! Our small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share. OEM certifications are encouraged!

$28-$60/hour (Incentive-Based)

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications
