Job summary

Hireology is seeking experienced Journeyman Technicians to join our high-volume shop. The role is fast-paced, productive, and offers a great work atmosphere with a small team structure that supports flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Candidates will perform repairs on a range of vehicle systems, use diagnostic tools, and work with the Service Advisor to provide accurate estimates. A background check and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications ideal.
• Solid automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and services as per repair orders.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, and other systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional work and estimates.
• Complete repairs under warranty per manufacturer specs.

Job description

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Technicians to join our team. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere! Our small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share.

$28-$60/hour (Incentive-Based)

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
