Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Columbia, MD is seeking skilled Automotive Instructors to teach in our Automotive Technology program. We welcome both Part-time and Full-time applicants, and no prior teaching experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience.
• Former or current ASE certifications (G1, A6).
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with technology and tools used in automotive service.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in Automotive Technology in our fully equipped facility.
• Deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum effectively.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students.
• Instruct on safety and compliance to prepare students for the field.
• Prepare students for successful careers in automotive technology.
