Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to become valued Instructors in our Automotive Technology program. You will teach hands-on training in a fully equipped facility and deliver accredited curriculum while supporting student growth and safety compliance.

No prior teaching experience is required, and you will help shape the next generation of automotive professionals within a climate-controlled, career-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience.
• Former or current ASE certifications (G1, A6 required).
• High school diploma/GED.
• Great communication skills.
• Proficient in technology.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in Automotive Technology in our fully equipped facility.
• Deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum effectively.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students.
• Teach students about safety and compliance.
• Prepare students for a successful career in the field of Automotive Technology.
