Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Atlanta is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to transition into Instructors in our Automotive Technology program. No teaching experience is required, and you will shape the next generation of automotive professionals with your hands-on industry knowledge.

In this role, you will teach in a fully equipped facility, deliver Lincoln Tech accredited curriculum through our Blended Learning Model, mentor students, assess progress, and complete the Lincoln Instructor Foundational

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience.
• ASE certifications (G1, A6) required within first 3 months.
• EPA 609 certification required within first 3 months.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Proficient in technology.
• OEM or equivalent industry-related training.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in Automotive Technology in our fully equipped facility.
• Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum using our Blended Learning Model.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability through advising and mentoring.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students fairly and consistently.
• Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance.
• Complete Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program.
• Prepare students for a successful career in the field of Automotive Technology.
