Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking Automotive Technicians to become Instructors in our Automotive Technology program. No teaching experience is required, as we help technicians transition into educators while shaping the next generation of automotive professionals.

Key responsibilities include hands-on teaching in a fully equipped facility, delivering Lincoln Tech accredited curriculum, and mentoring student growth. A four-day work week and full-time benefits support your career transition and professional

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years Automotive Technician experience.
• ASE certifications (G1, A6) required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and teaching aptitude.
• Proficient with technology.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on automotive technology in our fully equipped facility.
• Deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
• Support student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Evaluate and communicate student progress.
• Teach students about safety and compliance.
• Prepare students for careers in automotive technology.
