Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. in Dry Ridge, KY, is seeking a Service Technician to perform tire installation, maintenance and diagnostics. You'll contribute to daily operations and ensure quality workmanship.

This role offers a pay plan with base hourly wages plus commission on labor, paid weekly, and opportunities for advancement through training and leadership tracks. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work Saturdays.

Qualifications

2+ years of automotive repair experience (ASE certifications preferred but not required).
Must have own tools (tool purchase program available).
Ability to operate automotive vehicle lifts, shop tools and equipment (diagnostic scanner experience a plus).
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

Provides accurate and timely quality vehicle inspection, maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure functionality and overall safety.
Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
Foster a collaborative team environment and assist as needed.
