Tire Discounters in Lexington, KY, is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires. The role includes hands-on training to build skills for more advanced positions and delivers a customer-focused WOW experience.

You will work in a fast-paced shop, handling tire machines, balancing, and proper work order completion. Competitive pay with overtime and weekly commission opportunities supports career growth within our family-owned brand.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
