Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is looking for an Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will learn diagnostics, repair, and maintenance under experienced technicians, with hands-on training and customer interaction to explain procedures and ensure quality workmanship.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. ASE certifications are encouraged and supported.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and ensure proper functioning.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years of employment (fees paid by company).
