Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in the United States is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in our service environment. You will learn hands-on with experienced technicians while delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include oil changes, inspections, battery checks, tire work, and communicating with customers about repair procedures. A path toward ASE certifications is provided and encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and repair procedures.
  • Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services.

Responsibilities

  • Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
  • Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.
  • Perform tire maintenance and tire rotations.
  • Install parts and components as directed.
  • Road test vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
  • Aim to obtain ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
