Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under experienced technicians, performing oil changes, tire services, and routine inspections in a busy shop.

You’ll communicate repair needs to customers, drive the service agenda with safety and quality in mind, and pursue ASE certification with company support.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn on-the-job.
• Capable of performing standard maintenance and inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret basic repair information.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles and communicate findings to customers.
