Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to join its service team in a fast-paced environment. You will learn and perform basic mechanical tasks, diagnose and repair vehicle systems, and contribute to high-quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire maintenance, electrical checks, and routine inspections. The role offers on-the-job training, ASE certification support, and a competitive flat-rate pay

Qualifications

• Must learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• ASE certification or equivalent external qualifications or training within first two years (fees paid by company).

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and repair.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
