Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Technician to learn and perform diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles under supervision. You will contribute to inspections, customer explanations, and high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for first-time hires and a flat-rate pay model reflecting task-based earnings, with pay range $20.00–$31.25 per hour and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks and demonstrate hands-on repair skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and ensure quality workmanship.
