Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician in a fast-paced retail service environment. The role involves learning and applying diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills under guidance from senior technicians, with a focus on quality workmanship.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for first-time hires and a flat-rate pay model ranging from $20.00 to $31.25 per hour, with opportunities for ASE certification and growth within the BSRO team.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical tasks learning ability.
• Valid driver’s license required at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance including oil changes and tire repair.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and other scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and braking systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years (company pays tests).
