Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles at a store location in New Orleans, LA. You will learn hands-on under experienced technicians, perform routine inspections, and assist in repair procedures while delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flat-rate pay, potential ASE certification support, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide auto service network.

Qualifications

• Requires valid automobile driver's license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
• Oil changes and basic inspections, reading/writing/math skills.
• 2+ years of automotive repair experience or related training/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road-test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within first two years of employment (fees paid by company).
