Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, under supervision. You will participate in routine inspections, assist in repair procedures, and explain procedures to customers while delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model with opportunities for ASE certification and advancement within a nationwide automotive service network.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance including Oil changes and tire repair services.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and ensure proper operation.
